Intercultural Cooking Club

The Intercultural Cooking Club was founded by members of Saint Paschal Baylon and those of the Turkish Muslim Community who are members of the Northern Ohio Intercultural Association (NOICA).  Our original purpose was to get to know one another by sharing recipes and fellowship as we ate what had been cooked together.  Meetings have been on Saturday mornings or other special occasions, such as USA Thanksgiving and a Ramadan Iftar meal cooked by NOICA members.
