Purpose: To assist those who were married here in the church to begin the process of annulment. There are three types of annulments, and while meeting with one of the priests, one answers questions, asks for assistance from others (witnesses) who are able to put together a "case statement" that is submitted to the Diocesan Tribunal Office for a decision. There is no cost for an annulment in the Diocese of Cleveland.
